PRIMARY OBJECTIVE 

PRA is seeking a Recruiter to help source and screen candidates for our open positions. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment effort; including meeting with hiring managers, posting jobs, reviewing applications, interviewing, conducting background and reference checks, extending offers, and other responsibilities in support of the organization's overall staff recruitment efforts. Role could eventually expand to include other Human Resource responsibilities, including employee relations, internal communication, and employee development. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and attract the most qualified and diverse talent for our growing team.
  • Meet with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Review job descriptions and post open positions.
  • Review and rate applicants based on criteria set by Hiring Managers.
  • Conduct phone interviews of select candidates for open positions. Screen candidates to evaluate their hard skills, aptitude and potential fit.
  • Provide a list of interested, qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Maintain open positions list to forecast future staffing and budget needs.
  • Ensure that each person that engages with PRA leaves with a positive experience, regardless if he/she is a fit for our current open positions or future business needs.
  • Learn PRA's history, culture, values, and what separates us in the industry. Be able to convey our story and value proposition to passive and active candidates.
  • Build a pipeline of talent for future and/or unexpected hiring needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Professional attitude
